Coaching is about empowering people to come up with their own answers. Someone comes to a life coach to achieve a goal or to improve some area of their life. It is a results-oriented process.
Counseling, or psychotherapy, is about healing deep emotional issues, usually arising from the past. Coaching is all about goal-setting and moving forward!
I work with clients for a minimum of six months.
Sessions are 45-minutes on weekly basis.
All sessions are done remotely either by Zoom or phone.
Most clients start to see some results immediately. However, in order to make permanent changes in habits, beliefs, and patterns, it is ideal to work together for a minimum of six months.
