Time is a topic that comes up frequently in my client coaching sessions; specifically, the idea that there just isn’t enough of it. Sure, there are only 24 hours in a day, seven days a week, so you’re technically not wrong if you think time is finite. But then, how are there people in the world who are so prolific with the same amount of time that we all have?

I get it. I get how time can slip through our fingers so easily, especially if you have lots on your plate. But at the same time, I know you can have more of it, and you can learn to enjoy it more by taking command of it, instead of letting it take command of you. And this week, I’m showing you how to start prioritizing and creating more time in your schedule.
