Disorganization can drain our cognitive abilities simply by reducing our ability to focus. 

And clutter doesn’t just affect your brain, it affects your self-image too. 

Clutter creates overwhelm. 

Decluttering is a gateway to feeling more calm and peaceful. 

It’s like going on a diet and shedding psychological weight.
