On some level, it’s like the rest of the year, but without the guardrails. So, if you’re a shopper, it’s likely that you use the festive season to go crazy spending money, buying gifts, decorating, throwing parties.

If you love to eat, the holidays are likely to be a time for overindulging in the kind of foods you’d usually avoid. And then, of course, between the travel, parties, family get-togethers, and all the other stressors, it’s no surprise that some of us drink more this time of year. It’s all a perfect storm for overdoing. But for those of you who are worried about these patterns, I’m offering you another option this year.
