But here’s the thing, I don’t believe in New Year’s resolutions!
I think there is a better way to make changes in your life.
Not just short-term changes, but ones that last.
They say, “Life is a marathon, not a sprint.”
And the only way to train for a marathon is ONE STEP AT A TIME!
