I’m thrilled to announce the release of The Overthinker’s Guide to Joy: A Handbook for Overachievers, People-Pleasers, and Perfectionists.
This book is a deeply personal project inspired by my own experience with anxiety, overthinking, and perfectionism.
For years, I searched for an operating manual to help me manage my stress, but it didn’t exist. So, I decided to write one myself.
