Are You Addicted To Sugar?

Do you crave sweets?

Do you feel compelled to treat yourself to something sweet after a meal?  

Do you reward yourself with something sweet when you are sad, happy, or bored?

Do you find yourself craving bread, pasta, crackers, chips, and baked goods over anything else?

Then chances are you might have a sugar addiction.

This addiction may not ONLY be wreaking havoc on your waistline, but it may be contributing to your feelings of anxiety, stress, and exhaustion too. 

Sugar is in almost everything we eat.

But even if you don’t have a “sweet tooth,” you may find that eating simple carbs like bread, pasta, crackers are having the same biochemical effects on your body as regular sugar does. 

Simple starches can result in the same spike and crash in your blood sugar that their “sweet” counterparts do.

The result:  Leaving you exhausted and craving more and more.
