Are You Having A Mid-Life Crisis?

I remember a period of my life when I thought to myself: “Is this all there is?”

It’s not that I was ungrateful for the things that I had, but I was just too overwhelmed by life to enjoy them. 

It felt like a lot of work to keep all of the spinning plates spinning.

I would look around and think everyone else always seemed to be having more fun.

It was like OTHER people knew the secret to life, but I felt burdened by responsibilities. 

What I came to realize was that I was experiencing a Mid-Life Crisis. 

While not everyone goes through a Mid-Life Crisis, it can actually occur anytime between your mid-30s and even into your 60s.  

And it can even happen more than once!

Mid-Life Crisis is often characterized by some of these feelings:

-Boredom
-Loss of interest in your career
-Too much responsibility
-No sense of life purpose
-Feeling restlessness in your daily life

If any of these things resonate with you, just know that you are not alone.
