Even if you love summer (and I do), it’s easy to feel thrown off.
We spend the rest of the year building structure—morning routines, productivity habits, finely-tuned to-do lists. And then summer shows up like: “LOL, good luck with that.”
And honestly? Sometimes we need a shake-up.
Sometimes we need to break our own rules on purpose—the ones that once served us, but now just feel rigid or exhausting.
