New Day. New Month. New Possibilities.

November 1, 2023

A friend of mine would often joke, “Now that Halloween is over, there are only 3 days left in the year: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve.”

Earlier this week, I was shopping in Target and Costco, and everything was full-blown Christmas decor. They didn’t even wait for Halloween to be over, and they completely skipped Thanksgiving.

If the holidays are your thing because you love to decorate, cook, or shop, this time of year can be a lot of fun.

But for many people, the holiday season can bring up a lot of mixed emotions too.

There can be a lot of stress about spending money, family obligations, a tendency to overeat or overdrink, or just feeling like the year is ending and your goals were not met.

But whichever category you fall into, or somewhere in between, there are a lot more than three days left this year… in spite of what the retailers want you to think.

Today is the first day of a new month, and we have two months to go until the end of the year.

A lot of people will put off their goals and say, “I will wait until after the New Year to get started.”

I just have one question: WHY???

You are giving away precious time to make a positive change.

Whether it is finding a new job, losing weight, or just learning to reduce your stress and improve your well-being.

There is no time like the present to get started on reaching that goal!

Coaching is a great way to have someone help you design a plan and hold you accountable for manifesting your dream.

You can start right now by booking a free phone call with me right here. Or send me a note and we’ll find a time together.

Let’s make some magic in these last two months of 2023!

Happy Wednesday!
