Just because you're struggling does not mean you're failing

Spring: A Season To Start Again

April 23, 2025

Spring doesn’t just bring flowers.

It is an opportunity for rebirth, regrowth, and rediscovery.

It brings permission—to try again, to begin again, to become again.

Sometimes, before a new beginning, all we can see is the end.

When we experience a job loss, a breakup, or even the death of a loved one, the landscape of our life suddenly feels like scorched earth. We’re standing in the ashes, wondering, “Now what?”

Other times, beginnings arrive quietly. We sign up for a class, take a walk instead of having a glass of wine, or reach out to an old friend.

Small shifts. Tiny seeds. They make a difference.

Those tiny shifts in belief, and then in actions, remind us we’re not stuck. We are replanting. Sometimes, when things fail, we gain a new perspective.

This week on The Overthinker’s Guide to Joy podcast, I’m joined by divorce coach Julie Danielson to discuss how she helps women navigate their divorce. It’s not about endings, it’s about what comes after—the strength we find and the lives we start to live again.

🎧 You can listen to the episode here.

And if you’re standing at the edge of a new beginning and not quite sure how to move forward, I offer a free 15-minute mini-session. No pressure, no pitch—just space to sort through the noise and see what’s next.

Book your call with me here.

Happy Wednesday!
