Remember those back-to-school essays titled “What I Did Last Summer?”
In the spirit of those memories and in celebration of my milestone birthday last month, I decided to create my own version for today’s podcast episode.
Turning 60 feels like stepping into my Third Act.
But instead of seeing it as just another chapter, I’m embracing it as proof that aging is less about growing older and more about getting better.
I believe this journey of continuous improvement begins with the right mindset and is sustained by good daily habits.
At the age of 55, I started a new career and recently picked up two new sports and several hobbies. My goal is to truly embody reinvention.
But here’s the thing—reinvention isn’t about age or circumstances. It’s about the unwavering belief that we are meant to evolve, no matter where we are in life.
One of my favorite sayings is, “You’re never too old, and it’s never too late.” And I stand by it.
In today’s episode of The Overthinker’s Guide To Joy, I share how I spent the summer I turned 60. You can listen to the episode here or wherever you enjoy your podcasts.
If you’re feeling the pull to make a change or want to elevate your mindset, I’d love to connect. Let’s explore how we can work together.
You can schedule a free 1:1 conversation with me right here.
Happy Wednesday!
