I have always professed that my “bucket list” is relatively short.
But at the top of my list was attending a Grand Slam at Wimbledon, which I finally did a few years ago, and it was spectacular.
I have always thought bucket lists were synonymous with travel and adventure.
However, at its core, these lists are about recognizing meaningful things to the individual.
Whether personal growth, adventure, or legacy, it’s about living with intention.
A bucket list serves as a reminder to prioritize what brings us joy, fulfillment, and a sense of accomplishment so that life doesn’t pass us by without realizing our dreams.
It’s not about doing more; it’s about doing what resonates deeply with you.
In today’s episode of The Overthinker’s Guide to Joy podcast, I discuss bucket lists and share another big item on my list! You can listen to the episode here or wherever you get your podcasts.
What’s on your bucket list? If you need help rediscovering your joy or organizing your goals, I would love to help you.
You can schedule a free 1:1 conversation with me about how we might work together.
Happy Wednesday!
