Most resolutions fail by the middle of February, and they often don’t even make it that far. The overall success rate for New Year’s resolutions is around 8%. So, if you’re listening in real-time, you’ll be a few days into 2022 and you may even have fallen off whatever wagon you started the new year on. Well, like I always say: it’s okay, and you’re not alone. 

The two most common reasons people give for not succeeding with their resolutions are a lack of self-discipline and not enough time. However, to really change something in your life, you need to take it from being a desire to forming a new habit. And that’s what this episode is all about.
