This week, I’m bringing you the third and final part of a series on reconnecting, reunions, and graduations. Over the last couple of weeks, I’ve shared details on my own high school reunion, as well as my youngest daughter’s high school graduation, and I’ve been experiencing a whole host of emotions.
From excitement, pride, and joy, to nervousness, melancholy, and nostalgia, my emotions have run the gamut. This means I’ve been switching between my usual mode of slightly manic and this new gear of total exhaustion. And I’ve been reminded of a valuable lesson I think we all need to keep in mind as we navigate post-pandemic life.
Join me this week as I offer my insights on when things don’t always go as planned. The truth is we can try and plan for everything, but we can’t control it all. It can all still feel joyful, even the difficult parts, and I’m sharing how I’ve come to learn this in my own life.
If you want to learn more tips for managing your stress and your overthinking brain, I highly recommend signing up for my weekly newsletter here!
