Inspiration can come from anywhere.
As a person who greatly admires creativity, achievement, and perseverance, I am always on the hunt for inspiration.
I find inspiration in people’s stories. It’s why I love memoirs and autobiographies.
It’s, also, why I love being a coach.
But sometimes inspiration comes in unexpected places too.
A few weeks ago, I mentioned how it has been years since I attended a red carpet-awards show.
But I still watch them, and this year I found inspiration from the Emmy Awards.
There are usually one or two acceptance speeches that make me laugh or choke up a bit, and I am always up for either emotion.
And this year’s Emmys was no exception. There was one speech that was so moving, that I decided to dedicate their message to this week’s episode of The OverThinkers Guide To Joypodcast.
