For the past week, I have been talking a lot about Self-Love.
Self-Love gets a bad rap because it connotes selfishness or narcissism, but this is a misconception.
It’s not about staring into the mirror asking, “Mirror mirror on the wall, who is the fairest of them all?”
Nor is it about not being wrapped up in yourself at the expense of others.
It’s about prioritizing yourself so that you can show up with more energy and confidence in your life. Without the burnout. Without the guilt.
